Required Qualifications

Education

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Management (MBA Operations preferred)

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (MM) Certification

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) Greenfield implementation for multi-entity organizations, ensuring standardized procurement, inventory, and logistics processes with seamless integration across SAP modules and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA MM Greenfield implementation across multiple plants, storage locations, and company codes
• Configure and optimize Procurement, Inventory Management, Valuation & Account Determination, and Vendor Master processes
• Design and implement PRPOGRIR processes aligned with best practices
• Handle GST configuration for procurement, including input tax credit, freight, and subcontracting scenarios
• Manage intercompany procurement, stock transfer (STO), and third-party procurement processes
• Drive integration with FI, SD, PP, QM, and OCR/AP automation solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate RICEFW developments with technical teams
• Lead UAT, cutover activities, data migration (materials, vendors), go-live, and hypercare support
• Establish and enforce standardized procurement and inventory processes across all entities and plants

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM, including Business Partner (Vendor) concept
• Proven experience in Greenfield implementations for multi-plant and multi-company code environments
• In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory valuation, subcontracting, consignment, and batch management
• Experience in GST-compliant procurement processes in SAP
• Strong integration knowledge with FI (OBYC), PP (BOM, MRP), SD (third-party sales), and external systems
• Working knowledge of data migration tools (LSMW/Migration Cockpit) and S/4HANA best practices

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead discussions with plant, warehouse, and procurement teams
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and coordinating cross-functional teams
