SAP Consultant

We are hiring an experienced SAP SD Consultant Greenfield Implementation to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana.

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Greenfield implementation for multi-entity organizations, ensuring robust order-to-cash processes, statutory compliance, pricing accuracy, and seamless integration with finance, logistics, and automation systems.

Required Qualifications

Education

• MBA (Marketing / Operations) / M.Com / Engineering Graduate or equivalent professional qualification

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification
• SAP S/4HANA Logistics Certification Good to have

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA SD Greenfield implementation across multiple company codes, sales organizations, and legal entities
• Configure and optimize Order-to-Cash processes including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns
• Design and manage pricing procedures, condition techniques, discounts, rebates, taxes (GST), and billing integration
• Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements such as GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, and transport-related documentation
• Drive integration with FI, MM, PP, WM, and third-party logistics or OCR/automation solutions
• Configure intercompany sales, stock transfer sales, drop shipment, and third-party sales scenarios
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate RICEFW developments with technical teams
• Lead UAT, cutover planning, data migration validation, go-live, and hypercare support for SD scope
• Establish and enforce standardized sales, billing, and credit control processes across all entities

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD architecture, including Business Partner, Output Management, and BRF+
• Proven experience in multi-legal entity Greenfield implementations
• In-depth understanding of GST configuration, pricing, billing, and tax determination in SAP SD
• Experience with integration points across FI, MM, PP, EWM, and third-party logistics systems
• Working knowledge of data migration (LSMW / Migration Cockpit) and S/4HANA best practices

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead discussions with Sales, Commercial, Logistics teams, auditors, and business leaders
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and coordinating cross-functional teams
