Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management and integration with SAP FI/MM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP VIM (OpenText) solutions
• Handle end-to-end VIM implementation and support activities
• Integrate SAP VIM with SAP FI / MM modules
• Manage invoice processing workflows, OCR, and exception handling
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience as an SAP VIM Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText VIM
• Good knowledge of SAP FI / MM integration
• Experience in invoice processing, workflow configuration, and OCR
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global clients or product-based organizations
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment
• Knowledge of SAP enhancements and debugging is a plus
