Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Consultant with 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Concur solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice, with proven experience in integrations with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) and third-party systems. Exposure to global rollouts and compliance requirements is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Implementation

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP Concur implementations (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Concur configurations.
• Configure policies, expense types, workflows, approval hierarchies, audit rules, and reporting.
• Support global and regional rollouts, including localization and compliance requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

Integration & Technical

• Design and support integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ECC/S/4HANA (FI/CO).
• Work with Concur standard connectors, web services, and APIs.
• Coordinate with middleware teams (CPI, PI/PO, or third-party tools).
• Support credit card integrations and travel booking tools.

Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution.
• Manage Concur enhancements, change requests, and periodic releases.
• Monitor system performance and ensure SLA adherence.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Act as a functional SME for SAP Concur.
• Collaborate with finance, travel, audit, and IT stakeholders.
• Support project managers in planning, risk identification, and delivery.
• Create user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

• 68 years of experience in SAP Concur (Expense mandatory; Travel/Invoice preferred).
• Strong understanding of T&E business processes.
• Experience integrating Concur with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with Concur configuration, policies, workflows, and reporting.
• Good knowledge of accounting, cost objects, VAT/GST, and compliance.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
