Job Description: Software Engineer

This position is responsible for creating, testing, ensuring the quality of and maintaining a product that uses SAP Callidus Commissions. 3 to 5 years of experience in provide complex code modification, testing and debugging tasks. Provide high level analysis related to software design and development and solve problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Application management for both development and support
• Understand the biz requirements on the capabilities to be built within SAP Callidus Commissions module and take up design, build, test, deployment and support
• Working with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflow teams, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirements
• Configure SAP Callidus Commissions module based on design identified including creating or updating rules, formulas, and rule elements
• Working knowledge on CDL is must
• Identify test scenarios, execute unit testing, and document results
• Document migrations and migrate configurations from lower environments to production
• Assist with developing or provide support for system integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot defects/ production issues within SAP Callidus Commissions module and drive to resolution
• Hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of enterprise commission systems
• Strong Technical Skills (intermediate or higher SQL skills and basic programming, strong excel a plus)
• Provide product content to technical writers and review for technical accuracy.
• Record issues into a defect-tracking system (JIRA).
