Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Hybris and a strong understanding of Crew Management and Fleet Management systems within the cruise industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Hybris solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs translating them into functional specifications.
- Oversee the design and development of system enhancements ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Hybris with existing systems facilitating smooth data flow and process automation.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for system processes configurations and user guides to support ongoing operations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize the system effectively.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.
