As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and driving discussions around transformation and the customer journey. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that functional and application designs align with business requirements, ultimately contributing to the successful implementation of integrated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI CO Finance.- Strong understanding of business process integration and system architecture.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
