SAP Co Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to support enterprise SAP transformation and implementation projects. The consultant will be involved across the full project lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust SAP Controlling (CO) solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong consulting experience who are confident working with multiple clients and complex SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full SAP project lifecycle , including design, functional specification, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support
• Assess requirements and recommend SAP CO solutions aligned with project scope and business objectives
• Identify, analyse, and resolve complex business and system design issues
• Configure SAP CO components and document configuration decisions and rationale
• Develop Functional Specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF)
• Develop and maintain Master Data Standards , particularly CO-related master data
• Perform data gathering and detailed analysis of user requirements
• Support end-to-end SAP CO implementation , leveraging strong configuration knowledge of CO structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate SAP CO with other SAP modules
• Apply project implementation methodologies and support ITIL-aligned processes
• Provide testing support, UAT coordination, and data migration assistance
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of overall experience in an SAP environment
• 34+ years of experience in a consulting environment
• Hands-on involvement in at least 23 end-to-end SAP CO implementation projects
• Strong functional expertise in SAP CO within consulting engagements
• Experience configuring and integrating SAP CO with SAP MM and/or SAP SD
• Exposure to multiple client environments, preferably MNCs
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage business stakeholders
• Experience in: Testing (SIT/UAT) / Data migration activities / Functional specification documentation (RICEF)
