Sap Cloud Platform Integration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant with strong expertise in CPI, SAP BTP, and C4C reporting. The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP C4C for global B2B CRM environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize SAP C4C solutions for business needs.
• Translate business requirements into endtoend CRM solution concepts.
• Lead and collaborate with international agile DevOps teams.
• Provide user training, support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Manage reporting, dashboards, territory management, and data replication in C4C.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of SAP C4C, CPI, SAP BTP, and reporting.
• Experience with interfaces between SAP Cloud and onpremise systems.
• Handson with C4C customizing, layouts, transport management, and incident managements.
• Familiar with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with global teams

Education & Nice-to-Haves

• Degree in Informatics, Business Administration, or similar.
• Experience in B2B CRM and SAP Sales Cloud (C4C).
• Knowledge of SAP BW, SAC, C4C Version 2.0, or SAP Marketing Cloud (preferred).
