Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP BWPaPM Technical Consultant who specializes in implementing and managing SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) models. The role involves leveraging SAP BW/BW4HANA and S/4HANA for complex financial modeling, allocations, and data transformations, bridging technical data modeling with financial business logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP PaPM models including allocations, calculations, data enrichment, simulations, and reporting views
• Develop and maintain SAP BW/BW4HANA data models (InfoProviders, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Transformations, DTPs, Open Hubs, BW Queries)
• Manage integration of PaPM with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and other source systems ensuring seamless data flow and reconciliation accuracy
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Analyze and resolve data/system issues across SAP BW and integrated systems
• Troubleshoot PaPM processes, data load failures, and performance bottlenecks
• Ensure high data availability, reliability, and performance for large datasets
• Identify and implement automation, optimization, and performance improvements in BW data flows
• Act as SME for SAP BW and PaPM, providing guidance and mentoring to team members

Skill Requirements

• Bachelors degree (BE/BTech/MCA) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of overall SAP experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BW/BW4HANA data modeling and integration
• Proven experience in building PaPM financial models (allocations, transfer pricing, planning models)
• Strong SQL skills with debugging and performance tuning expertise
