Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Administrator with 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize our SAP systems to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Manage SAP BTP Administration tasks to support cloud-based applications and services.Provide expertise in SAP HANA Administration to maintain database integrity and performance.Administer NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA systems to ensure seamless integration and operation.Lead SAP Basis Administration activities to support system health and user access.Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure SAP systems meet financial reporting and compliance requirements.Work closely with the Automotive Industry stakeholders to tailor SAP solutions to industry-specific needs.Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Participate in planning and executing system migrations and upgrades.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration.Demonstrate experience in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Show proficiency in system performance monitoring and optimization.Have strong communication and collaboration skills.Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry best practices.
Certifications Required
SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade
