Key Responsibilities

JD We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and SAP BI/BW data modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP BW solutions, creating data models, and developing ABAP programs to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/BI data models including InfoObjects, InfoProviders, DSOs, InfoCubes, and Composite Providers.

Develop and enhance SAP ABAP programs for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Work on BW data extraction from various SAP and non-SAP source systems.

Develop and optimize BW queries using BEx Query Designer.

Create ABAP routines, user exits, and enhancements in BW transformations.

Perform performance tuning and optimization for BW queries and data loads.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve BW data load issues and ABAP program errors.

Support data migration, upgrades, and system enhancements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP BW / SAP BI development.

Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming (Reports, Function Modules, Enhancements).

Experience with BW Data Modeling (InfoObjects, DSOs, InfoCubes, ADSO).

Experience with BEx Analyzer / BEx Query Designer.

Knowledge of BW Extractors and DataSources.

Experience in ABAP routines in transformations and start/end routines.

• Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing architecture.
