Job Description

Role: SAP BW

Required Technical Skill Set: SAP Functional Consulting experience configuring, deploying, ECC Enterprise SAP BW IP

Experience: 6 to 12 years

Location: Hyderabad

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Responsibilities Include

• Understanding the business requirement of the organization
• Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the project.
• Implementation of the project.
• Validate the reports requirements.
• Validate any changes in customize.
• Functional testing and Integration Testing.
• Provide training to end-user.
• Sort out day to day queries of end users.
• Enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement.
• Manage IT/ access requirements to meet specific needs
• Review and manage service request backlog as needed to ensure all requests are correctly prioritized, scheduled and resolved efficiently.
• Work with enterprise support groups and cross functional teams to resolve problems or issues
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment.

1. Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.

Must-Have

• SAP Functional Consulting experience configuring, deploying, ECC Enterprise SAP BW IP
• Experience of implementation projects in multiple geographies
• Strong experience as functional consultant in leading requirement gathering, design and development process.
• Experience of integration with other functional areas
• Develop SAP BW-IP dataflow in S4 HANA system for P&G iBOT project
• Should have understanding on IP Related objects like Aggregation Level, Planning Filters, planning functions, planning sequence and AMDP.
• Should be able to develop input ready queries& ready only queries
• Should be able to debug the ABAP class, Function module, custom planning functions and user exits
• Should have basic understanding of data modelling between BW 7.4 on HANA and native HANA using Composite provider & ADSO
• Document and follow the change management process for FPT, Controlling and validating all changes going into FPT & Minimizing the disruptions associated with changesExperience of projects using Agile principles and practices like Backlog planning, development and deployment using sprints, participation in scrum, retrospectives

Good-to-Have

• Self-starter and excellent communication skills in English
• Should be able to work with the SAP team on technical issues
• Should have experience in working with related workflow tools
• The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
• Clear understanding of the industry and competitive trends that impact your role

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education.
