Summary:

As a data migration lead, you will engage in the design of the migration architecture to meet the specific business needs. You need to collaborate closely with onshore leads, functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless migration delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to help the team in development, Analysis of data and Track and manage the daily migration activities, risks, and milestones. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end data migration architecture using Business Objects Data Services 4.2(SAP BODS)

Align migration approach with business, SAP functional team.

Design scalable and high-performing data migration architectures

ETL Governance Definition & Implementation.

Data Designer hands-on expertise, including all modeling components

BODS Administration skills, including Central Management Console & Data Services Management Console

Act as the primary offshore point of contact for onshore leads and stakeholders

Coordinate with Functional team and data owners for data analysis and validation

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must to have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.

- Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes.

- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies.

- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows.

-Good to have BODS administration experience.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
