Role Description

Fairfax Solution is seeking a skilled SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our team in Kolkata for a full-time, on-site position. The consultant will be responsible for gathering client requirements, analyzing and mapping business processes to SAP Business One functionalities, and assisting with system configuration, implementation, and post-deployment support. The role will also include training end-users, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the solution meets clients' business needs.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience working in the same profile.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with complex data and business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in assessing, documenting, and optimizing business processes to align with SAP Business One functionalities.
• Experience in consulting, including implementing ERP solutions, providing strategic insights, and delivering training sessions.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles to configure financial modules and assist with financial reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks within deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field is preferred. SAP Business One certification is a plus.
