Professional Experience:

• Perform sustainment and system maintenance activities by troubleshooting SAP PI issues, documenting issue resolution, and creating user assistance tools to ensure adequate performance for all SAP PI integrations across the organization.
• Independently research, investigate, and resolve SAP integration issues by collaborating with other development and sustainment support teams while providing timely status updates to the team lead on all work requests and issues.
• Support multiple sustainment and project teams by recommending, testing, and implementing improvements and fixes to SAP integration solutions and to the existing standards, processes and guidelines to continuously improve SAP integration efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, advice, assistance, consulting, and leadership to the team consisting of other consultants in terms of work management and architecture and technology best practices so that projects and initiatives are completed safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.

·       Plan, manage, implement, support and/or monitor integrations, interfaces and middleware

·       Plan and conduct workshops for integration architecture and identification of interface needs

·       Design, build and test integrations and interfaces based on the latest SAP integration technologies

·       Identify test data for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance, working with functional consultants for validation of test results

·       Work with customer and implementation partner  for SAP data integration and interfaces

·       Communicating effectively with project team members at different technical knowledge levels and often remotely across diverse geographical locations
