SAP BTP Consultant

The Senior Consultant SAP CI is a critical role responsible for implementation, migration, and support for SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and propose appropriate integration and design solutions.
• Architect, design, and support successful implementations of SAP CI or SAP PI/PO projects within customer organizations.
• Liaise with Delivery Teams to help grow the business around upcoming technical features in alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
• Mentor junior PI/PO/CI team members within the organization.
• Drive the development of assets and accelerators in SAP CI/PI and other niche technical areas.
• Devise and lead Go-To-Market strategies to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecones technical footprint globally.
• Build assets and accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO, including 3+ years in SAP CI.
• At least 3 end-to-end implementations, excluding rollouts, preferably Greenfield implementations.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP Integration Suite (API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors, Data Intelligence, IRPA, Integration Advisor, Edge Integration Cell) is nice to have.
• Certification in SAP Cloud Integration is a plus.
• Experience with other middleware technologies such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, SAP CI-DS is an added advantage.

Technical Expertise

• Expertise in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems in A2A and B2B scenarios using SAP CI, with both synchronous and asynchronous end-to-end interfaces.
• Experience analyzing CI job traces, error logs, and monitoring logs.
• Experience integrating SFSF/SFDC/C4C/Hybris/Ariba and other third-party products.
• Strong capability to analyze business and technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of palette functions and mapping objects available in CI.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript for developing custom scripts in iFlows.
• Good to have experience with XSLT coding.
• Experience configuring adapters like IDoc, SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, HTTP/S, Mail, JDBC, FTP, and SuccessFactors using SAP CI.
• Certification in SAP Cloud Platform Integration is beneficial.
• Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Integration Suite offerings is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CPEA, CI, and sub-account provisioning in CPEA.
• Ability to work independently.
