Job Role: We are looking for a skilled SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) Developer with 37 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP BPA and exposure to other RPA tools such as Power Automate and Blue Prism.

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using SAP BPA on SAP BTP.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build end-to-end automation solutions integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Develop reusable automation components and follow best practices.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation bots.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and SAP standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 37 years of experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BPA (Business Process Automation).
• Experience working on SAP BTP environment.
• Good understanding of SAP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc. any).
• Experience in workflow automation, decision automation, and process visibility.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and data handling.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
