Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) Consultant to configure and implement real-time rating and charging solutions for high-volume and high-value, subscription-based and usage-based billing models.

The candidate should have strong expertise in creating charging plans, mapping tables, rate plans, and allowance logic, along with hands-on experience in integrating SAP CC with SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) and S/4HANA SOM to manage complex pricing, discounts, and revenue scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Customization

• Define and configure Chargeable Items (CIT), Consumption Items (BIT), charging plans, and mapping tables in SAP CC.

Rating Logic Development

• Design and implement complex price plans, discounts, and promotional offers using SAP Convergent Charging.

Integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CC with:
• Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• FI-AR / FI-CA
• BDR / SD Integration
• S/4HANA SOM

System Optimization

• Perform performance tuning and monitor usage data loads.
• Troubleshoot rating and charging errors.

Documentation

• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for RICEFW components.

Data Migration & Testing

• Support data migration activities.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience

• 410+ years of experience in SAP BRIM.
• Minimum 12 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• SAP CC Catalog Management
• Chargeable Items / Charged Items
• Allowance usage
• Counter logic and refill logic

Tools & Platforms

• SAP CC Admin Tool / Cockpit
• Core Server configuration
• SOAMANAGER setup and validation with Basis
• SAP CC system debugging skills

Integration Knowledge

• Understanding of SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
• SOAP / Web Services integration
