Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 11 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Yard and Resource Management SAP Storage Unit Management and SAP WM RF Transactions. Experience in General Corporate Operations and maintaining open invoices list is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of SAP Yard and Resource Management solutionsOversee the configuration and optimization of SAP Storage Unit Management processesProvide expertise in SAP WM RF Transactions to ensure seamless warehouse operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirementsDevelop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processesEnsure the integration of SAP modules with other business systemsConduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliabilityTrain and support end-users on SAP functionalities and best practicesMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they ariseImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiencyEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsProvide regular updates and reports to management on project status and system performanceSupport the maintenance of open invoices list and other financial operations as needed
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SAP Yard and Resource ManagementDemonstrate expertise in SAP Storage Unit ManagementHave a strong background in SAP WM RF TransactionsExhibit knowledge of General Corporate OperationsShow proficiency in maintaining open invoices listHave excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsPossess strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesDemonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work modelHave a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issuesShow commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentExhibit strong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a teamHave a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Certifications Required
