• Manage SAP system administration tasks
• Handle transport management and system refreshes
• Monitor system performance and apply patches
• SAP certification in BASIS
• Effective communication with stakeholders
• Collaboration across teams
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing
• Analytical problem-solving and prioritization
• Ownership and proactive issue management
• Configure transport routes and manage STMS
• Set up user roles and authorizations
• System performance degrades during peak hours. How do you troubleshoot?
• Transport request fails in QA system. Outline resolution steps.
