Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 11 to 14 years of experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services BRF SAP WebDynpro for Java WebDynpro for ABAP and Core ABAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead complex projects. Experience in Royalty Management and Intellectual Property & Rights Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and maintenance of ABAP programs ensuring high performance and reliability.Provide technical expertise in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services BRF SAP WebDynpro for Java WebDynpro for ABAP and Core ABAP.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain custom reports interfaces enhancements and forms using ABAP programming language.Ensure the quality and consistency of code by conducting thorough testing and code reviews.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications.Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical support and training as needed.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve the development process.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality SAP solutions that enhance business operations.Support the implementation of Royalty Management and Intellectual Property & Rights Management solutions if applicable.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services BRF SAP WebDynpro for Java WebDynpro for ABAP and Core ABAP.Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining custom reports interfaces enhancements and forms using ABAP programming language.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Show proficiency in conducting thorough testing and code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers providing technical support and training.Display strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve the development process.Demonstrate experience in Royalty Management and Intellectual Property & Rights Management is a plus.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.Show strong project management skills to manage project timelines deliverables and resources.Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs with effective SAP solutions.Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.Possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality SAP solutions that enhance business operations.
