Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in SAP implementation and operations support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system stability, performance optimization, and providing L2-level support across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SAP Basis-related issues across production and non-production environments
• Perform SAP system administration, monitoring, and daily operational activities
• Handle performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, patches, and transports
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and security
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
• Assist in SAP integrations with third-party systems (good to have)
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities as per SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
• Strong experience in implementation and operations support
• Hands-on knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools
• Expertise in troubleshooting SAP Basis issues
• Experience working in L2 support roles
• Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP Payroll implementation/support
• Experience with SAP system integrations
