Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Responding to and resolving user ticket. Experience in managing SLA.

• Hands-on experience with SAP on Oracle . Perform oracle administration task.

• Hands-on experience with SAP on Linux with HA concepts

• Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components

• Maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and production)

• Monitor SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). SAP Performance management.

• Manager interfaces and 3rd connectivity to SAP

• Configure and manage SAP printers

• Hands-on experience in Managing JAVA stack.

• Solution manager configuration & Maintenance
