- ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2 : Installation and troubleshooting
- HANA Database administration, DB and client installation and upgrades
- BOBJ systems installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- S4HANA upgrade, conversion, migration
- Good experience in basis tasks, should be able to provide solution/consulting on basis issues and new work in basis
- Working knowledge in Production support projects on P1 incidents
