SAP Basis Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• SAP BASIS administration and advanced BASIS operations
• Installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration of SAP systems
• SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• OS administration on Windows and Linux platforms
• Database administration (HANA / Oracle / DB2 / MS SQL)
• Handling incidents, root cause analysis, and system recovery
• Creating SOPs, operating manuals, and faultresolution processes
• Supporting SAP systems in onprem and cloud environments

Required Skills

• 710 years of experience in SAP BASIS & SAP BASIS Operations (Advanced)
• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux OS Administration
• Experience with SAP upgrades, installations, kernel patches
• Good exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP preferred)
• Proven Database Administration experience
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
