Job Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer (SAP Basis Administrator), you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and administration of custom software solutions designed to meet specific business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. The role requires translating business requirements into functional and efficient software solutions while ensuring system reliability, performance, and optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration.
• Collaborate with team members and manage activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Take responsibility for team-level technical decisions and solution design.
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to contribute to key technical decisions.
• Provide solutions to technical challenges across the team and projects.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to improve overall team capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Good understanding of SAP system architecture and integration.
• Experience in SAP system performance tuning and optimization.
• Knowledge of database management and administration.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and SAP integrations.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work from the Lucknow office (Return to Office model).
