Job Title: SAP Ariba Support Executive

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad(Primary), Kolkata(Secondary)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot SAP AribaSAP ERP (ECC/S4) integrations via CI/CIG.
• Support supplier onboarding and resolve supplier-side issues.
• Manage catalogs, master data validations, and workflow issues.
• Perform UAT, regression testing, and process improvement activities.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and support audit requirements.

Skills & Experience

• 48 years experience in SAP Ariba functional support.
• Strong knowledge of P2P/S2P, Ariba Network, workflows, and integration.
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global procurement environments preferred.
