Sap Ariba Lead/ Manager

We are actively hiring for SAP Ariba Lead/ Manager positions

Ariba implementation lead role (AM / M equivalent). We are looking for immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Have led multiple SAP Ariba implementations projects
• Have lead design workshop sessions
• Gather and analyze business requirements for:
• SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Management (SLP), and Buying/Invoicing (P2P/P2O/Guided Buying).
• SAP Commerce Automation/Supply Chain Collaboration
• Translate business requirements into SAP Ariba system configuration
• Configure Ariba objects such as:
• Master Data
• Upstream Templates
• Approval workflows
• User roles and permissions
• Guided Buying P2O and I2P configurations
• Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect resolution
• Handling cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Part of data migration activities.
• Provide functional guidance on best practices and standard Ariba processes

Integration & Technical Collaboration

• Work with technical teams on integrations between:
• SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA / ECC
• SAP Ariba and other Third-Party applications
• Support integration testing and data validation
• Understand CIG integrations or with other middleware(high-level)

Prepare and maintain:

• Functional design documents
• Configuration workbooks
• Test scripts and training materials
• Support Supplier Enablement and user training
• Handle cutover phase

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

• 8 + of experience with at least 5 full implementations of Ariba
• Good hands-on experience with SAP Ariba
• Strong knowledge of Ariba upstream/Downstream modules.
• Understanding of Source to Pay processes
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation
• SAP Ariba certification is highly preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba to SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration
• Exposure to global implementations or multi-country rollouts
