SAP Ariba

Job Description:

• Functional Expertise: Provide in-depth support for Ariba modules like Buying & Invoicing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Ariba Network.
• Implementation & Configuration: Configure, design, and maintain Ariba P2P solutions, aligning with business strategy and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Integration: Ensure smooth integration with backend systems like SAP MM/FICO (ERP) and middleware.
• Issue Resolution: Lead analysis and resolution of complex system issues, perform system health checks, and manage support tickets.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement, support upgrades, and drive continuous improvement.
• Testing & Documentation: Participate in testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), create test scripts, and maintain solution documentation. 

• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes (requisitioning, ordering, receiving, invoicing, payment).
• Expertise in SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Invoicing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
• Experience with SAP ERP (MM, FICO) and integration technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
