We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Downstream Consultant with SAP experience and strong expertise in Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, integration, and support of SAP Ariba Downstream solutions.

Exp: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba Downstream (Buying & Invoicing).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Catalogs, Approval workflows, and Receiving processes.
• Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC / S4HANA using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
• Work on master data integration (Supplier, Material, GL, Cost Centers).
• Handle testing cycles SIT, UAT, Regression.
• Provide production support and resolve tickets within SLA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and test scripts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of SAP experience with minimum 35 years in SAP Ariba Downstream.
• Strong experience in:
• Ariba Buying & Invoicing
• Catalog enablement
• Approval workflows
• Receiving & Invoice reconciliation
• Experience in Ariba CIG integration.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and integration touchpoints.
• Experience in at least 12 end-to-end Ariba implementation projects.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Knowledge of Ariba Contracts (CLM) added advantage.
• SAP Ariba certification preferred.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business / IT.
• SAP Ariba certification (preferred).
