SAP Ariba Consultant

TCS is hiring SAP Ariba Consultant.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 6+

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions. The role requires strong functional knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, along with solid experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. The candidate should be capable of working in global, multi-country enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Implementation

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations across S2C and P2P.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure SAP Ariba modules, workflows, approval processes, and business rules.
• Support global rollouts, supplier enablement, and change management activities.
• Facilitate unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business users.

SAP Ariba Modules Experience

• Ariba Buying & Invoicing
• Ariba Sourcing
• Ariba Contracts
• Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
• Ariba Guided Buying (preferred)
• Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (good to have)

Integration & Technical

• Design and support integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC / S/4HANA.
• Work with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
• Collaborate with middleware teams (SAP CPI, PI/PO).
• Support master data, transactional data, and IDoc/API-based integrations.

Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
• Manage enhancements, change requests, and quarterly Ariba releases.
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with SLAs.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Act as an SAP Ariba SME for procurement and supply chain stakeholders.
• Work closely with sourcing, procurement, finance, and IT teams.
• Support project managers with estimations, planning, and risk identification.
