Job Description

The Level 1 Support Analyst will provide first-line support for SAP Ariba solutions and SAP Business Network across Asia Pacific. This role focuses on handling basic user queries, Level 1 tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations under the AMS framework.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Level 1 incidents and service requests for SAP Ariba modules (S2C, P2P, SLP) and SAP Business Network.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance to end-users.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or SAP Ariba product support as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining master data and workflows.
  • Support quarterly patch analysis and regression testing activities.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly status reports using provided templates.
  • Ensure compliance with Fujifilms security standards and policies.


Profile:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Cloud applications (S2C, P2P, SLP).
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Network functionalities.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Chinese/Korean optional).
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
