SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere with FP&A Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Leader to spearhead the FP&A analytics ecosystem leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere . This role requires strong expertise in SAC, with additional experience in Power BI or Tableau considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on analytics delivery with strategic leadership, driving scalable self-service reporting and actionable insights across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Data & Platform teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure robust governance, high-quality reporting solutions, and broad adoption of analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Dashboard Ownership

• Lead the end-to-end development of self-service dashboards within SAP Analytics Cloud, leveraging SAP Datasphere as the core data foundation.
• Deliver high-quality financial analytics and reporting solutions that support FP&A decision-making.

Data Governance & Quality

• Establish and manage a comprehensive data governance framework for financial data.
• Ensure strong data controls, data lineage, validation processes, and quality assurance across all reporting environments.

Self-Service Enablement

• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of self-service reporting and analytics .
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and governance oversight to ensure responsible and consistent use of analytics tools.

Visualization & Storytelling

• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling visuals and analytics stories .
• Partner with business users to refine narratives and ensure insights are communicated effectively.

Data Integration & Modeling

• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and modeling activities to create trusted financial data models .
• Build and maintain a single source of truth for FP&A reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate analytics roadmaps, project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, drive alignment, and ensure timely delivery of analytics initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere (mandatory).
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes , financial modeling, and enterprise data architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in building dashboards, data models, and visualization frameworks.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic leadership.
