Note: The role requires a Strategic leader who has driven the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) practice and who has successfully navigated the end-to-end AMS lifecycle (L1 -L4 support levels) thus, elevating the service delivery to a strategic impact.

AsK:

23+yrs of total experience from a Tier1/2Services Org. Breadth of Expertise in managing incident resolution (L1), functional troubleshooting (L2), advanced configuration & enhancements (L3), and strategic optimization & transformation (L4) at a strategic level. He/She should possess a strong leadership experience in SAP AMS across multiple industries or large-scale enterprises.
