SAP Advanced Business Application Programming - Human Resource (ABAP HR)

Technical Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR.
• Strong knowledge of HR infotypes and structures, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and payroll and time management clusters.
• Experience in custom report development, enhancements, user exits
• Competence in performance tuning of HR reports.
• Basic understanding of HR authorisations and data security.
• Familiarity with transport management and change control processes.
• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.

Functional & Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to function effectively in a production AMS support environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with functional teams and HR users.
• Proficiency in managing multiple issues and prioritising them based on business impact.
• Commitment to documentation and adherence to processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to payroll schemas and PCRs is advantageous.
• Experience supporting large HR landscapes.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA HR or HCM for S/4HANA is preferred.
• ITIL certification is desirable but not mandatory.
