Description:

• Hands on experience with SAP BO platform administration
• Strong understanding of CMC Web Intelligence Crystal Reports and Universe Design Tool UDTIDT
• Familiarity with Windows Server Tomcat WebSphere and relational databases Oracle SQL Server
• Proficiency in troubleshooting server logs report failures and performance bottlenecks
• Experience with LDAPAD integration and SSO configuration
• Need to work in 247 L2 Support model
• Should have meticulous and detailed problem solving skills
• Excellent Analytical Communication Reporting Skills
• Should have experience working in ITIL Process ServiceNow Control or equivalent
• Role L2 Data Tools Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install configure and maintain SAP BusinessObjects platform BI 4x or higher
• Manage servers services and nodes within the Central Management Console CMC
• Perform upgrades patches and migrations of BO components across environments
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and optimize report delivery
• Manage user accounts roles and security settings
• Collaborate with BI developers and business teams to support reporting and dashboard requirements
• Schedule and manage report executions using the Adaptive Job Server
• Ensure backup recovery and disaster recovery procedures are in place
• Maintain documentation for system configurations operational procedures and best practices

Mandatory Skills : OS Administration for SAP Systems, SAP Basis Core BO,BOBJ
