Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in HR modules and technical development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across PA, OM, Time, and Payroll, along with a solid understanding of modern ABAP practices, clean core principles, and extensibility options. This is a remote opportunity for a proactive developer who can work independently and collaborate with functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support SAP HR solutions across PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll modules.

Design and implement WRICEF objects including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.

Build and maintain Smart Forms and Adobe Forms for HR processes.

Develop and enhance ALV reports (both classical and OO ALV).

Create and modify module pool (dialog) programs.

Work with BAPIs, including usage, custom BAPI creation, and integration activities.

Implement BADIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.

Develop and optimize HR-related workflows and support workflow troubleshooting.

Apply modern ABAP syntax, performance tuning techniques, and clean core development practices.

Collaborate with functional HR teams and support end-to-end development cycles.
