Job Title : Web Developer SAP ABAP Development for HANA

Location : Bengaluru

Job Summary

As a Web Developer , you will design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications and site components while also supporting content updates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document technical designs, research and implement updated website content, and ensure applications meet both user requirements and organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP ABAP Development on HANA.
• Collaborate with, guide, and manage the team to ensure high performance and quality delivery.
• Take ownership of team-level technical decisions and provide strategic input.
• Engage with multiple teams and actively contribute to key architectural and technical decisions .
• Provide effective solutions to technical challenges within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of web applications.
• Participate in documenting technical designs, specifications, and development standards.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA (minimum 5 years of hands-on experience) .
• Experience working with web development frameworks and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of database management, data modeling, and system integration .
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to performance optimization and code remediation in HANA environments.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
