Role- SAP ABAP CRM

• Have extensive or at least 6 years of SAP experience and has worked on multiple SAP ABAP implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP data dictionary objects (tables, views, structures), and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and working on S/4HANA Trade Management or Revenue Growth Management migration or implementation projects is a plus.
• Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, ABAPOO, CRM WebUI, BOL/GenIL programming.
• Understand and work on integration objects with SAP BW-IP, S/4 HANA using SAP CRM Middleware
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, and conversions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
• Optimize code performance and ensure best practices in SAP ABAP development are followed.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working in an Agile team environment, contributing to sprints, participating in daily stand-ups, and ensuring continuous delivery.
• Provide technical documentation for all developments, including functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Stay updated on SAP advancements and emerging technologies to enhance SAP system functionalities.
• Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a consultant and lead the technical team members as needed.
• In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP Support project.
• Unit Testing, Integration Testing
• User Support activities
• Exposure to ASAP and other structured ITIL methodologies
• Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
• Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
• Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
