Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Test Automation Lead with strong expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and mandatory Web Dynpro experience. In this role, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, intelligent, and end-to-end quality engineering function. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving automation strategies, improving quality processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance automation, quality processes, and testing methodologies
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP for HANA and Web Dynpro
• Drive adoption of continuous and intelligent testing approaches
• Collaborate with multiple teams to influence key technical and delivery decisions
• Own team-level decisions, planning, and execution strategies
• Design, implement, and optimize test automation frameworks and tools
• Identify quality gaps and implement process improvements aligned with best practices
• Provide solutions for complex technical and testing challenges
• Mentor and guide junior team members on automation and testing practices
• Support CI/CD adoption and Agile-driven quality engineering

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7.5+ years of SAP experience
• Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
• Web Dynpro experience Mandatory
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks & tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage, mentor, and lead testing teams
• Experience working across cross-functional and distributed teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education required
