Experience Range : 8 to 12
Years of Experience:
Manager: 8 to 12 years of experience
Position Requirements:
- To gather requirements from the user teams and suggest a proper design solution.
- To have good understanding of SAP Time off module and able to guide various teams in Implementation project.
- Good knowledge and experience in positive and negative management, CATS, configurations of work schedule rules, PCR and schema configurations.
- Able to perform Time payment and valuation basis, good knowledge of accruals and PTMW, and T510S.
- Good exposure to employee central process and functionalities
- Experience in enablement of standard BADI’s experience in mapping of personal and wage type data in replication etc.
- Have exposure of WFS module and various other third-party time keeping system.
Desired Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Employee Central, Compensation, Time Management processes.
- Should have worked on integration architecture deliverables, development of interfaces involving multiple modules and applications of SAP.
- Should have worked on end-to-end life cycle of the project involving cutover go live and support of the interfaces.
Desired Skills:
- Must have skills.
- Very Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Should be good coordinator and team player
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off modules
- Good to have skills.
- Should be good in team handling.
- Good knowledge of Idocs.
- Knowledge on Extension Center.
- Exposure to set up standard third-party integrations using Integration center.
- Exposure to CPI.
Professional and Educational Background:
Degree or Postgraduate preferably with HR specialization.
Minimum domain experience is preferable.
