Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

  • 5 - 9 years of experience working as SAP S4 IS-Oil Consultant
  • Experienced with S/4HANA IS-Oil Midstream, Downstream and preferably Secondary Distribution
  • Support and Maintenance of SAP IS-Oil Solutions:
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IS-Oil modules, including upstream, midstream, and downstream business processes.
    • Resolve issues related to SAP IS-Oil functionality and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical processes in SAP ECC6.
  • Configuration and Optimization:
    • Configure and fine-tune SAP IS-Oil modules according to business requirements.
    • Focus on the core functionalities of SAP IS-Oil, such as oil and gas exploration, production, transportation, refining, trading, and distribution.
    • Work with business stakeholders to identify areas for system improvement and implement changes or enhancements as needed.
  • Business Process Analysis and Improvement:
    • Analyze business processes within the oil and gas sector and provide recommendations for optimizing SAP IS-Oil solutions to support these processes.
    • Ensure that SAP IS-Oil functionality aligns with business needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Integration with Other SAP Modules:
    • Work on the integration of SAP IS-Oil with other SAP modules, such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling), and SAP PS (Project Systems).
    • Ensure that the IS-Oil solutions are seamlessly integrated with SAP ECC6 and that the data flows correctly between modules for smooth operations.
  • Incident and Problem Management:
    • Act as a primary point of contact for issue resolution related to SAP IS-Oil.
    • Work with the technical team to resolve system errors, bugs, and issues impacting business operations.
    • Provide timely responses to user incidents, ensuring the issues are resolved within the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Customization and Enhancement:
    • Customize and enhance SAP IS-Oil solutions to meet the evolving business needs of the organization.
    • Implement enhancements that improve functionality, reporting, and automation within the SAP system.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to end-users regarding SAP IS-Oil functionality and best practices.
    • Ensure users are properly equipped to use the system effectively and troubleshoot any user-specific issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed documentation for SAP IS-Oil configuration and customizations.
    • Prepare regular reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
    • Support documentation for system updates, patching, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure SAP IS-Oil solutions meet business goals.
    • Collaborate with the SAP BASIS and security teams to ensure proper system configuration and data security.
