Roles/Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to Finance and Controlling (FICO) with Finance supply chain management (FSCM). 

  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly. 

  • Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.

  • Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes.

  • Ability to create Process Definition Document (PDD), Business Design Document (BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.

  • Ability to configure SAP FI-CO and FSCM deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements. 

  • Strong configuration hands on experience in the implementation areas  SAP Treasury and Risk Management,  Cash and Liquidity management, Credit, Collection, dispute management, SAP Biller Direct modules and in House cash Management 

  •  Integration of the FI-CO module with other SAP modules and with external applications. 

  •  Integration experience SAP Sales and distribution   modules for  Credit , Collection and Dispute management Modules 

  • Good Configuration of SAP Finance modules (General ledger, Accounts payable and Accounts receivables)

  • In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation: 

    • Unit Testing, Cycle Testing

    • Integration Testing 

    • User Manual Preparation 

    • User Support activities

    • Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies

    • Regularly interact with the onsite team/client

    • Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls

    • Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client

Skills/Experience Requirements:
 

MUST HAVE: 

  • 3 to 6 years of functional domain experience and 3 to 7 years of working on the FICO with FSCM modules in SAP implementation projects.

  • Implementation experience should be in version ECC 5.0 upwards. ECC 6.0 is preferred.

  • Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the FICO / FSCM: 

    • SAP FI – General Ledger

    • SAP FI – General Ledger (Classic / New G/L)

    • SAP FI – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

    • SAP FI – Asset Accounting

    • SAP CO – Cost Centers and Profit Centers

    • SAP CO – Internal Orders

    • SAP CO – Product Costing

    • SAP Treasury and Risk Management 

    • SAP Biller Direct (FIN-FSCM-BD)

    • SAP Cash and Liquidity Management 

    • SAP Collections Management 

    • SAP Credit Management

    • SAP Dispute Management 

    • SAP In-House Cash

    • Interfaces

    • Should have strong experience in FSCM to SD integration for Business partner functionality 

  • Should have good written and oral communication skills

  • Must be a good team player

Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas: 

  • SAP SD

  • SAP MM

NICE TO HAVE

  • SAP Certification on SAP FSCM / SAP FICO

  • Used Solution Manager in the implementation

  • Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components

  • Team Leading Experience would be added advantage

  • Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge

Education: CA / ICWA /ACS /MBA in Finance / M Com /or equivalent


 

Job Description: SAP – Simple Finance

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regarding SAP Simple Finance based on SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
  • Understanding of Accounting Standards and Finance Process flows to  collect the Business requirements
  • Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint and present them to the client.
  • Ability to create Process Flows on client’s proposed business processes.
  • Ability to articulate the differences and advantages of Simple finance over ECC.
  • Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
  • Ability to configure SAP Finance and Controlling module and deliver work products / packages confirming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.
  • Strong configuration hands-on experience in SAP Simple Finance  and other Finance process
  • Integration of SAP Simple Finance with other SAP modules and with external applications.
  • In addition to the above, candidate should have been involved in the following during life cycle of SAP implementation:
    • Unit Testing, Cycle Testing
    • Integration Testing
    • User Manual Preparation
    • User Support activities
    • Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies
    • Interact with the onsite team/client
    • Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
    • Maintain cordial relationship with onsite/offshore team/client

Skills/Experience Requirements:
MUST HAVE:

  • 3 to 6 years of functional domain experience and 3 to 6 years of working on the SAP Finance module in SAP implementation projects
  • Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus
  • Knowledge on the following aspects of simple Finance:
  • Integration of Simple Finance with Procure to Pay and Order to Cash Process
  • Comprehensive understanding of New Architecture with Simple Finance: Universal Journal process
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a good team player

Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas:

  • SAP SD
  • SAP MM
  • SAP PS
  • SAP PP

NICE TO HAVE

  • SAP Certification
  • Used Solution Manager in the implementation
  • Worked on integration with other modules like MM, SD, HR,PP and PS
  • Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components
  • Team Leading Experience would be added advantage
  • Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC, EDI/IDOC or Web services.
