Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Credit Head / Sanction Head to manage loan underwriting and sanction operations. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating loan proposals, assessing credit risk, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies, and maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and sanction loan applications as per company credit norms.
• Conduct detailed credit analysis including income assessment, banking analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Verify financial and KYC documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and control delinquency.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely decision-making on loan files.

Key Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in credit underwriting / loan sanction.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Experience in NBFC / Bank / Fintech preferred.
• Good decision-making and leadership skills.

Notice Period:

Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates with short notice period will be given priority.
