This is a full-time on-site role for a Sanction Head located in Noida. The role involves overseeing and managing the sanction processes, analyzing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Sanction Head will lead a team to review and approve sanctions and facilitate efficient workflows, while providing guidance on risk mitigation strategies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of sanction policies, risk assessments, and regulatory guidelines
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in compliance tools and risk management software
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the financial, regulatory, or legal sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
