Brief about the role:

The Sampling & Product Development Lead will drive end-to-end product development for luxury bags and scarvesfrom concept to final production-ready samplesensuring exceptional quality, craftsmanship, innovation, and adherence to brand aesthetics. The role bridges design, sourcing, merchandising, and manufacturing to deliver world-class luxury products.

Your Role Will Include

• Lead end-to-end product development & sampling for luxury bags and scarves.
• Translate design concepts into premium, technically sound samples aligned with brand DNA.
• Manage materials, vendors, and artisans, ensuring luxury-quality inputs and innovation.
• Define and enforce quality & craftsmanship standards across all sampling stages.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Production & Quality teams.
• Own costing, timelines, and feasibility during development.
• Drive innovation, trend research, and sustainable practices.
• Maintain tech packs, sampling trackers, SOPs, and mentor junior team members.

• Strong expertise in luxury bags/scarves construction, materials & finishes.
• Deep understanding of sampling, costing & production feasibility.
• Proven vendor management and quality benchmarking skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple developments under tight timelines.
• Degree/Diploma in Fashion / Accessories / Textile Design or related field.
