Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization. Key responsibilities include supervising salon activities, executing promotional initiatives, managing appointments, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Cosmetology and Hair Care to oversee and guide professional services offered at the salon.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries or concerns.
• Experience in Hiring, training, and managing salon staff is essential.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills to manage operations and maintain high standards.
• Knowledge of salon health and safety regulations is an advantage.
