Job Description
End-to-end business ownership of the salon (Sales, Costs, Profitability)
Daily revenue planning, targets & execution
Team leadership: grooming, productivity, discipline & motivation
Customer experience & complaint resolution
Inventory, billing, cash control & SOP compliance
Local marketing execution & conversion focus
Reporting, MIS & coordination with the central team
Who Should Apply
45+ years of experience managing a retail store / outlet / showroom / QSR / salon
Must have already run a store independently
Strong people-management and commercial mindset
Comfortable with targets, numbers, and accountability
Graduate (minimum)
Experience in organized retail is a strong plus
