Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and empathetic Saleswoman to join our team. You will be the bridge between our WILP Program and our potential students or clients. This role isn't just about "selling"its about understanding a persons career goals and providing the right educational guidance to help them succeed.
What Youll Do:
- Consultative Sales: Connect with leads via phone, email, or in-person to understand their educational needs and pitch our programs effectively.
- End-to-End Counseling: Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, clearing doubts and building trust.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and follow up diligently with "warm" prospects.
- Market Feedback: Keep track of competitor offerings and student feedback to help improve our sales pitch.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, specifically within the education, EdTech, or counseling sectors. (Experience in general high-pressure sales teams is also welcomed).
- A Great Communicator: You can explain complex info simply and possess strong command over [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi].
- Resilient: You have a "never give up" attitude and can handle objections gracefully.
- Empathetic: You genuinely care about helping students make the right choice for their future.
